Reservations never cost anything on any plan, per month, per cover, or per booking. Neither do the waitlist, floor plans, guest profiles, staff accounts, email updates, or menus. The Free plan also texts the first 25 parties each month and includes 60 phone-agent minutes once, so you can hear the agent work. There is no card on file for the Free plan, so nothing can charge you on its own.

You pay for texting more guests and for the phone agent, because each text and each minute costs bavoli money. Plus is $30 a month ($300 a year) with texts for up to 500 parties a month, card holds and no-show fees, and the option to hide the bavoli badge. Pro is $60 a month ($600 a year) with texts for up to 1,500 parties and a custom domain for your website. The phone agent is a $50 a month add-on on any plan, with 300 AI minutes a month.

bavoli also earns money on online ordering, if you turn it on: 50c per pickup order, $1 per delivery order, and 0.5% of the subtotal on dine-in QR orders. By default your guest covers that inside the checkout order-fee line together with card processing, and you can choose to cover it yourself instead. Either way your restaurant keeps 100% of the menu price, tax, and tip.

Two things never change, and they are the two that matter on a busy night. The per-cover fee stays $0.00 on every plan, so a Valentine's Day that turns the room three times costs what a dead Tuesday costs. And there is no contract, so a slow February is just a slow February, and a paid plan can go back to Free at the end of any billing period.
