What we shipped

bavoli has new plans, and the paid ones start on November 1, 2026. The Free plan stays free with no end date: unlimited reservations, waitlist parties, covers, tables and staff accounts, email confirmations and reminders, and texts for the first 25 parties each month. Plus is $30 a month ($300 a year) and texts 500 parties a month, with card holds and no-show fees, and the option to hide the bavoli badge. Pro is $60 a month ($600 a year) and texts 1,500 parties a month, with your own domain for your restaurant website. In Germany and the Netherlands, where WhatsApp costs more, Plus covers 250 parties a month and Pro 750.

The phone agent is now a $50 a month add-on on any plan, with 300 AI minutes a month. After that, calls forward to a number you choose for up to 1,000 minutes a month. For a pop-up or a festival weekend, a one-time $150 Event pass keeps the essential texts going once your plan's texts are used up, like the table-ready text and the reservation reminder, for up to 10,000 more parties in the US over 30 days.

Texts and phone minutes are the two things that cost us money every time you use them, so that is what the plans are priced on. Bookings stay unlimited on every plan. There are still no per-cover fees, no contracts, and no card to sign up, and online ordering fees are unchanged: 50c per pickup order, $1 per delivery order and 0.5% on dine-in QR and kiosk orders.

Until November 1, 2026, every restaurant has the Pro plan free, and restaurants that already have a bavoli phone number keep the phone agent free too. You can pick a plan any time, and if you pick one before October 30, 2026, you won't be charged until November 1, 2026. On that day, restaurants that haven't picked a plan move to Free and keep all their data. Every detail is on the pricing page.

bavoli's pickup order fee is now 50c, half of what it was. Delivery stays at $1 per order, and dine-in QR and kiosk orders stay at 0.5% of the subtotal. By default your guest covers the fee inside the checkout order-fee line together with card processing, and you can choose to cover it yourself instead. Either way your restaurant keeps 100% of the menu price, tax, and tip.

The "restaurant covers the fee" setting is now three separate toggles, one each for pickup, delivery, and dine-in, so you can choose per order type instead of all at once. Each defaults to off, meaning the guest pays.

bavoli no longer has a monthly price. Every restaurant gets everything: unlimited reservations, tables, floor plans, staff accounts, and guest profiles, the waitlist, guest SMS and email, the AI phone agent, menus with AI digitization, booking page customization, no-show protection, analytics, online ordering, dine-in QR ordering, kiosk, and group orders. No monthly fee, no per-cover fees, no contracts, and no card to sign up.

The only charges are the per-order fees on online ordering, and those are unchanged: $1 per pickup or delivery order and 0.5% of the subtotal on dine-in QR and kiosk orders. By default your guest covers that inside the checkout order-fee line together with card processing, and you can choose to cover it yourself instead. Either way your restaurant keeps 100% of the menu price, tax, and tip. Card processing and delivery couriers are passed through at cost.

If you were paying for a plan, you are not anymore. Nothing else changes in your dashboard.
